With a background in international business, Helen has progressed from Project Manager to Managing Director/Owner of Peak Translations. A qualified linguist herself, she is now focusing on the strategic development of the company to ensure maximum benefit to both clients and employees. Her spare time is dedicated to her young family, as well as swimming, walking and snooker!
LEAD PROJECT MANAGER
Madeline comes from a copywriting background with extensive experience in the wine industry, which, along with her language qualifications in French and Spanish, gives her a good understanding of what is needed to ensure effective communication. She applies this to the projects she manages so our clients get the right result. Her passions are food and wine, as well as travel, yoga and walking.
Hannah studied French and Dutch at the University of Nottingham, then went on to take a Master’s in Translation. After spending a couple of years working in France and the Netherlands, she settled back in the UK, working first as a translator, then as a translation project manager. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking up hills, travelling and attending music concerts.

Charlie started an apprenticeship in 2019 in order to enhance his skills and experience in the translation industry. His role ensures a much more efficient way of working for the whole team and he is always seeking to make improvements. On top of this, Charlie has a great passion for the German language and has a vast knowledge and understanding of it. He loves travelling, not only to Germany, but to lots of other places around the world too. In his free time he enjoys listening to music, going out to experience new food and drink and walking his two dogs.
Bryony has a strong linguistic background, with an BA(Hons) degree in Linguistics and English Language, and a Master’s in Translation and Interpreting Studies. She speaks fluent Spanish and has knowledge of a variety of other languages including French, Catalan and Italian. In her free time, Bryony writes and performs her own poetry, and can often be seen about Manchester on her roller skates!
DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT
Emily is starting her new career path as a digital marketing assistant after her previous studies of Business and Hairdressing. Emily enjoys travelling and especially going back to her homeland of Cyprus. From the age of five, Emily has always been a dancer and in her free time she attends many classes, she also has a passion for attending the gym, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Lucy Rennie is our Communications and Marketing consultant, working closely with us to develop a strategy in line with the goals and objectives of the organisation. With over 16 years experience in the industry and a real passion and understanding of people, business and communicaton, Lucy makes sure that our clients and partners are at the heart of everything we do. Lucy is the founder and Managing Director of LR Comms a communications and marketing agency based in Whaley Bridge.

Adam is our eCommerce and Digital consultant, on hand to help clients drive their international growth forward through the web. With 15 years experience delivering websites and marketing across numerous industries, he is a big believer in the importance of export as the next step for British businesses abroad. Adam is co-founder of Shopit, an international ecommerce platform based in Manchester and Melbourne.
